Every detail has been carefully chosen to enhance this calming environment and provide clients with the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible. The walls display stunning hand-painted murals in rich warm shades of brown and gold. The living room and parlor of this 1921 Craftsman home are filled with overstuffed velvet furniture in jewel tones and exquisite hand wrought iron surrounds the hanging mirrors at the stylist's stations.
After experiencing Chaz Dean Studio it is evident how Chaz has successfully achieved his vision of honoring the whole person through exceptional service, beautifying the physical as well as the spiritual and truly connecting with each client. This vision began to take form in 1997 upon converting the old Hollywood Craftsman into an oasis - a nurturing, peaceful haven from the frenetic energy of the city.
Clients have a place to come where they can relax and re-center themselves and simultaneously transform the way they look. Clients' needs are listened to and together, stylist and client create a style and color that feels authentic and also reveals a side of them that they have never seen. For the first time in many of their lives, clients love their hair.
After over three years of growing success with the Studio and WEN product line, in December of 2001, Chaz Dean Studio expanded beyond WEN to include gifts and home furnishings from around the world. At the Studio you will find an eclectic mix of pottery, artwork, god boxes, unique furniture, bath & body care items and much more. Chaz's impeccable style and taste are clearly displayed in the myriad of rare and distinct treasures he's collected. Chaz Dean Studio is a continually evolving picture of Chaz's beliefs of Wholeness, Harmony, Balance and the authentic natural beauty we all contain.
